Description and Uses
Green CMFDA is a thiol reactive and cell-permeable green fluorescent probe that freely enters cell membranes. Green CMFDA shows stability and nontoxicity in working concentration and is well retained in cells at physiological pH, therefore it has been an ideal cell tracking probe.
Green CMFDA is a fluorescent reagent with high selectivity.
