Description and Uses

A commonly used herbicide approved for use in most of the developed world. It is moderately soluble in water, has a low volatility and is quite mobile. It is not usually persistent in soil or sediment systems. It is not expected to bioaccumulate, has a moderate mammalian oral toxicity and may be a skin and eye irritant. It is moderately toxic to mammals, birds and aquatic plants but less so to fish, aquatic invertebrates, bees and earthworms.
