Reactant involved in the synthesis of biologically active molecules including Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv chorismate mutase inhibitors via Suzuki coupling reactions, HIV protease inhibitors with antiviral activity against drug-resistant viruses, Pyrrole derivatives for use as PDE4B inhibitors.
