Description and Uses
6-Methyl-4-hydroxypyrimidine is used in the preparation of antitumor compounds based upon adenine. Also used in the synthesis of novel purimidine, 3-cyanopyridine and m-amino-N-phenylbenzamide derrivatives as tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
