Description and Uses
(S)-2-Aminobut-3-en-1-ol Hydrochloride is used as a reagent in the synthesis of bicyclic bisarylimidazole JNK3 inhibitors. It is also used in the preparation of kalkitoxin and its stereoisomers which are potent neurotoxins.
