Description and Uses
Indolizine-2-carboxylic Acid is used to prepare acylaminophenyloxazoles as inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase inhibitors. It is also used to synthesize indolizine-2-carboxamides as potential HIV-1 protease inhibitors.
