Description and Uses
N-(6-Amino-2-pyridinyl)-2,2-dimethylpropanamide is used in the preparation of pyridinylaminopyridinecarboxamide derivatives as GSK-3 inhibitors and antagonists of the NR2B receptor that may be useful for the treatment of various disorders of the central nervous system.
