Description and Uses
Cloricromen is a new coumarin derivative useful as a coronary vasodilator and antithrombotic. It differs from existing antithrombotic agents in that it does not act chiefly on platelets. Cloricromen is reportedly well tolerated, improves exercise tolerance and decreases usage of nitrates by angina patients.
