(Z)-Betamethasone-?17,20 21-Aldehyde is the Z isomer and degradation production of Betamethasone (B327000) in acid medium;Also, it is derived from Betamethasone Dipropionate (B327005), which is a glucocorticoid. Used as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ointment for dermatosis.
