Description and Uses
1-Descarboxy Ketodolac is an impurity in the synthesis of (R)-Ketorolac (K235600). The (S)-enantiomer is about 60 times more potent than (R)-enantiomer. Prostaglandin biosynthesis inhibitor. Analgesic; anti-inflammatory.
