Description and Uses

Vat Brown 3 is mainly used for dyeing cotton fibers and polyester/cotton blended fabrics. It has good leveling properties and affinity. It is also used for dyeing polyester/viscose and viscose/cotton blended fabrics (the polyester component may have slight staining). It can be dyed with disperse dyes in a co-bath hot melt dyeing method or a two-bath dyeing method. It can also be blended with Vat Brown G, Vat Brown GG, Vat Brown BR, etc. to dye browns of different shades and is used in the preparation of organic pigments.
