(S)-1-((Benzyloxy)carbonyl)azetidine-2-carboxylic Acid is an intermediate for the synthesis of Mugineic Acid Ammonium Salt (M792005). Mugineic Acid, a possible phytosiderophore of graminaceous plants, has iron chelation potency and antioxidant activity.
