Description and Uses
t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG2-alcohol is a Boc-protected aminooxy compound. The protected aminooxy can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions and then can react with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
Boc-Aminooxy-PEG2 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
