Description and Uses
Propargyl-PEG10-amine is a PEG reagent that is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The propargyl group enables Click Chemistry reactions with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules; copper catalyst is required.
Propargyl-PEG10-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG10-amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
