Description and Uses
Hexamethyldigermanium (IV) used:
- To synthesize digermanylated N-heterocycle compounds.
- For the C–H germylation of nonterminal alkenes and aryl iodides.
- To synthesize Ge Nanowires, Ge composites with other metals using low pressure chemical vapor deposition(LPCVD).
