Description and Uses
N-Linoleoylethanolamine reduces lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in macrophages and reduces inflammation in ameliorates 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced contact dermatitis. N-Linoleoylethanolamine inhibits NF-κB signaling and may be used as a therapeutic agent against contact dermatitis.Linoleoyl ethanolamide is an endocannabinoid detected in porcine brain.
