Description and Uses
(11E)-11-Eicosenoic Acid, is a 20 carbon fatty acid which is used to study phospholipid membranes. It has also shown to be able to inhibit glycerophosphate acyltransferase, cholinephosphotransferase and ethanolaminephosphotransferase in V79-R cells.
