Description and Uses
Fmoc-Lys-OH hydrochloride is a cleavable ADC linker used to synthesize antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Fmoc-Lys-OH hydrochloride is also an alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that can be used to synthesize PROTACs.
Fmoc-Lys-OH hydrochloride is used as an active pharmaceutical intermediate and in the synthesis of nε-(7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-carboxyl)- and nε-(7-methoxycoumarin-3-carboxyl)-l-fmoc lysine as tools for protease cleavage detection by fluorescence.
