Description and Uses

Imazethapyr is stable for >12 months at 25 C. Rapidly degraded by photolysis in water under simulated sunlight; DT50 = 3 d. Decomposes at 180 C (19).

Imazethapyr is registered throughout the world for use on soybeans, edible beans, alfalfa, peanut, and imidazolinoneresistant maize, rice, and canola (19). It is applied at 70 g ai/ha.
