Description and Uses
(3,5-Dimethylphenoxy)acetic Acid is used in treating neuromuscular disorders.Also, used in preparation of Thyroid Hormone analog GC-1 via bismuth-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts-type Benzylation of Benzyl Acetate and Phenoxy Acetate.
