Description and Uses

Butralin is a pre-emergence herbicide and growth inhibiting substance. It has a low aqueous solubility and is non-volatile. It tends not to be persistent in soils. Its persistent in water systems will depend upon local conditions. Toxicity to biodiversity tends to be moderate to high. It is moderately toxic to mammals if ingested and is an irritant.

Herbicide.
