Butyl Vinyl Ether is a reagent used in organic chemical reactions and the preparation of pharmaceutical compounds used in anticancer therapy. It is also used in the synthesis of potent inhibitors for PDE5. It is also used in the synthesis of copolymers and as an acrylic/vinyl acetate resin comonomer.
