Description and Uses
LDS 751 is a cell-permeable fluorescent stain for nucleic acid. Upon binding to double stranded DNA, the fluorescence of LDS 751 has increased 20-fold enhancement. Study shows that LDS-751 can be excluded from the nucleus and binds the polarized membranes of mitochondria.
