Description and Uses
H-His(Trt)-OMe Hydrochloride is used to prepare Nα-methyl-Nα-(nitrobenzenesulfonyl)amino acids and their incorporation into dipeptides. It is also used to synthesize azaproline-based peptide analogs of TRH.
