Description and Uses
Bis(trimethylsilyl) Phosphite is used in the Todd-Atherton synthetic approach for chemical modification of tetraene macrolide antibiotic lucensomycina. It is also used as a reagent in the preparation of mono-and diphosphorus proline derivatives.
