Description and Uses
Rhod-2 AM is a cell-permeable fluorescent Ca2+ indicator. It can be loaded into cells via incubation, and hydrolyzed to rhod-2 by endogenous esterases, producing fluorescence upon binding to intracellular Ca2+.
RHOD 2/AM is a membrane permeable fluoregenic probe for intracellular Ca2+.
